Subrógase el artículo 271 del Código Penal por el siguiente:

Articulo 271. Al que destine casa, local o establecimiento, para que allí se haga uso de drogas estupefacientes, o permita en ellas tal uso, se le impondrá prisión de seis mese a cinco anos, multas de cincuenta a mil pesos, y clausura del establecimiento, casa o local.
