Las solicitudes de registro presentadas con anterioridad a la vigencia de este Decreto y que no hayan sido publicadas en la Gaceta de la Propiedad Industrial, deberán ser modificadas por el peticionario, adaptándolas a la nueva clasificación, sin lo cual no se proseguirá el trámite correspondiente.
