Acreditan propiedad privada sobre la respectiva extensión territorial urbana, los títulos inscritos otorgados con anterioridad a esta ley, en que consten tradiciones de dominio, por un lapso no menor del término que señalan las leyes para la prescripción extraordinaria. Las otras disposiciones de esta ley no se aplican a la propiedad urbana.
