De la determinación de riesgo. El Ministerio de Salud o cuando éste delegue, el Servicio Seccional de Salud correspondiente podrá determinar la existencia de riesgos y ordenar medidas específicas, dispositivos correctivos necesarios para instalar en los lugares de trabajo vinculado, con el uso y manejo de plaguicidas.
