ARTICULO 3.8.1.2.- PERSONALIDAD JURIDICA. Los fondos mutuos de inversión serán personas jurídicas y se constituirán mediante acta orgánica, adquiriendo su personalidad con la simple inscripción de esta ante el Departamento Administrativo Nacional de Cooperativas, siempre y cuando se ajuste a las disposiciones legales.

Parágrafo TRANSITORIO

Quienes hayan iniciado el trámite de constitución con anterioridad al 5 de enero de 1993, continuarán rigiéndose por las normas anteriores a la norma contemplada en este artículo.
