No obstante lo dispuesto en el artículo anterior la Cooperativa, con previa autorización del Gobierno podrá conceder créditos destinados exclusivamente al restablecimiento de cultivos de banano, en aquellos casos en que el cultivador que solicite el crédito carezca de recursos para restaurar sus plantaciones.
