Por motivo de conveniencia pública, y para facilitar la administración de justicia, uno de los Juzgados Superiores, cuando haya dos en las capitales de los Distritos, puede funcionar en lugar distinto del de su residencia, pero dentro del territorio de su jurisdicción. La traslación será decretada por el Gobierno, previo el concepto del Tribunal respectivo, el cuál deberá indicar los Circuitos á que puede extender su jurisdicción el Juez Superior.
