La demanda deberá presentarse en la forma prevenida en el artículo 125. Pero el Juez ante quien se presenta, después de expedir al interesado el recibo de que allí se habla, la mantendrá en su poder, junto con los documentos que la acompañen, y la remitirá al Tribunal correspondiente por el inmediato correo.
