Art. 1.° El periodo de duracion de cada uno de los Rectores de las escuelas de la Universidad comienza el dia 1.° de junio siguiente a su eleccion; a cuyo efecto el Gran Consejo universitario deberá presentar las respectivas ternas desde los primeros quince dias del mes de mayo del año en que haya de comenzar dicho período.
