Calificadores . Corresponde al inmediato superior la calificación de los funcionarios inscritos en el régimen ordinario de carrera que estén bajo su dependencia y mando, la cual deberá ser revisada y refrendada por el superior jerárquico del calificador. Esta evaluación prevalecerá en casos de discrepancia.
