° Autorizar al Ge-rente General para contratar un empréstito, destinado a la compra. de la maquinaria cuya licitación fue adjudicada a la firma Compañía Colombiana del Caribe, Limitada, Colcaribe, hasta por la suma de cinco millones quinientos mil pesos ($ 5.50.0.000.00) moneda corriente, con el Instituto de Fomento Industrial (IFI), utilizando la línea de crédito A.I.D. en las siguientes condiciones

a)

Empréstito por el 90% del valor CIP de la maquinaria.

b)

A un interés del 7% anual.

c)

A un plazo mínimo de 3 años.

d)

Con pagos semestrales por sumas iguales.

e)

Con pago de los intereses según lo estipule el Instituto de Fomento Industrial (IFI).

f)

Con garantía bancaria.
