En la presente vigencia el Ministerio de Defensa Nacional y las Fuerzas Militares, podrán destinar recursos de su presupuesto a la Dirección de Sanidad Militar, con el fin de atender la conciliación de las obligaciones que esta Dirección tiene con el Hospital Militar derivadas de la prestación de servicios médicos asistenciales proporcionados a los afiliados y beneficiarios del subsistema de sanidad militar.
