º Las dos Divisiones i la Columna de que hablan los artículos precedentes forman el Ejército de la República que tendrá como Jeneral en jefe a un Jeneral de la clase de Jeneral en jefe, Jeneral de Division o Jeneral de Brigada, a juicio del Poder Ejecutivo ; el cual tendrá dos Ayudantes de la clase de Teniente-coronel a Capitan, uno de los cuales funcionará como Secretario del Jeneral en jefe.
