Artículo primero. Las embarcaciones pesqueras de bandera extranjera, de más de 10 toneladas vinculadas a empresas domiciliadas en el país, que pretendan realizar la pesca de camarón, sólo podrán atracar en puerto colombiano una vez que hayan obtenido la respectiva patente de pesca expedida por el Ministerio de Agricultura.
