Modifíquese el artículo 2° del Decreto 1949 de 2001, el cual quedará así: "Confiérese comisión de servicios al exterior, a la Ministra de Cultura, para desplazarse a la ciudad de Lucerna (Suiza), del 22 al 27 de septiembre de 2001, con el objeto de participar en la Cuarta Conferencia Internacional de Ministros de Cultura de la Red Internacional de Políticas Culturales a realizarse en esta ciudad".
