Decreto 641 de 2001 · por el cual se reglamenta la Ley 582 de 2000 sobre deporte asociado de personas con limitaciones físicas, mentales o sensoriales.

Requisitos . Para los efectos de participación deportiva y vinculación con el Sistema Nacional del Deporte, las ligas deportivas y las asociaciones deportivas departamentales o del Distrito Capital de las personas con limitaciones físicas, sensoriales o mentales requieren para su funcionamiento

Un número mínimo de dos (2) clubes deportivos para el caso de las ligas y dos (2) clubes promotores para el caso de las asociaciones.

Estatutos.

Personería jurídica y reconocimiento deportivo otorgado por el Instituto Colombiano del Deporte, Coldeportes.
