amends decreto 1344/70

El artículo 28 del Decreto-ley 1344 de 1970, quedará así:

Artículo 28. Para obtener licencia de conducción de un conjunto de vehículos o tractocamiones, se requiere: 1. Edad mínima de veintitrés (23) años. 2. Tres años de experiencia en conducción de camiones rígidos, con capacidad mayor de ocho (8) toneladas. 3. Capacitación específica en el SENA o en las entidades habilitadas para el efecto. 4. Conocimientos de mecánica
