ARTICULO 171. Compensación de pasivos laborales . En los casos de transformación de entidades distritales en sociedades de economía mixta, la administración ofrecerá a los trabajadores, asociaciones de trabajadores y organizaciones solidarias un porcentaje de la propiedad de la entidad representado en acciones o cuotas de interés social. El mismo ofrecimiento podrá hacerse para compensar los pasivos laborales.
