º. Régimen de la Empresa Nacional de Telecomunicaciones, Telecom . La Empresa Nacional de Telecomunicaciones, Telecom, como operador establecido y legalmente autorizado para prestar el servicio de TPBCLD podrá continuar prestando dicho servicio en las mismas condiciones regulatorias de los nuevos operadores, con excepción del pago de la tarifa inicial, duración de la licencia y las demás que establezca el presente decreto.
