A solicitud verbal o escrita de la parte contraria, el Juez ordenará que se requiera a quien ha demorado la devolución de autos en la forma en que se requiere para el suministro de papel, a fin de que los autos se devuelvan, y condenará a éste a pagar al solicitante una suma de cinco a cincuenta pesos, según la naturaleza e importancia del asunto.
