Para acreditar la constitución y existencia de una sociedad o compañía comercial, bastará un certificado afirmado por el Presidente y el Secretario de la Cámara de Comercio, sellado con el sello de ésta, en que consten el número, fecha y Notarla de la escritura de constitución y de las que en alguna manera la hubieren reformado, con las indicaciones generales que se exigen para los extractos de que tratan los artículos 469 del Código de Comercio y 2º de la Ley 42 de 1898 , según el caso; y que la sociedad o compañía ha sido registrada en la Cámara.
