Si habiéndose reunido todos los requisitos establecidos en el artículo 271 y su reglamento, se presentaren deficiencias en el diligenciamiento de alguno o algunos de ellos, la autoridad minera procederá a objetar la propuesta y a requerir que sea subsanada, conforme a lo dispuesto por el artículo 273 de la Ley 685 de 2001.
