Art. 10. Las islas situadas en ríos y lagos que separen dos ó más Departamentos, hacen parte de aquél al cual estén mas cercanos en todo ó en su mayor extensión. Las que disten igualmente de uno y otro quedan perteneciendo al Departamento a que correspondan al presente.
