° Con cargo al capítulo 40, raticulo 502 del Presupuesto vigente, reconocerse la suma de quinientos pesos ($ 500) al Profesor James Leacke, como gastos de la misión científica americana durante su permanencia en varias regiones del país. Esta cantidad se reintegrará al Cajero de los fondos departamentales para la lucha antileprosa, que maneja el Ministerio de Trabajo, Higiene y Previsión Social, quien se los suministro.
