Como lo adquirido por la Nación por medio de la escritura ya citada, referente a la finca "Campanito", son derechos herenciales, en caso de que no se haya liquidado la respectiva sucesión, el Departamento adelantara el juicio del caso hasta llevarlo a su fin.

Parágrafo

Se exonerara al Departamento de Córdoba del pago de los impuestos de lazareto que pueda causar el juicio de sucesión a que se refiere el artículo séptimo de esta Ley.
