DE LOS REQUISITOS DE CURSOS ESPECIALES. Cuando para el ejercicio de alguno de los empleos de que trata el artículo 12, se requiera la realización de un curso especial u otras calidades no previstas en el presente Decreto, dichas exigencias deberán ser contempladas en el respectivo manual descriptivo que la entidad elabore a nivel de cargo, previo concepto del Departamento Administrativo del Servicio Civil.
