°. Entrega . La Dirección Nacional de Estupefacientes en Liquidación o la entidad que ejerza la función de administrador del Fondo para la Rehabilitación, Inversión Social y Lucha contra el Crimen Organizado (Frisco), procederá a la entrega de los bienes con vocación turística al Fondo Nacional de Turismo (Fontur) mediante acto administrativo, una vez entre en vigencia el presente decreto. La entrega material del bien podrá efectuarse a través del depositario provisional de los establecimientos de comercio o de los depositarios o liquidadores de las sociedades propietarias de dichos bienes inmuebles, según corresponda.
