Artículo séptimo. En caso de mora o retardo sobre entrega de cuotas a la Federación, el Jefe de la División de Impuestos Nacionales de oficio o a petición de la Federación procederá a cobrarla pudiendo proceder por vía de jurisdicción coactiva y una vez percibidas las entregarán inmediatamente a la Federación Nacional de Cacaoteros para los fines ilegales competentes.
