Contra dicha providencia solo procede el recurso de apelación ante el Tribunal Nacional Ético de Archivística, dentro de los cinco (5) días siguientes a la fecha de notificación personal o de desfijación del edicto, recurso que deberá presentarse por escrito y con el lleno de los requisitos que exige el Código Contencioso Administrativo.
