Art. 2°. También gozarán de la exencion que concede el artículo anterior, los artículo, alimenticios de primera necesidad que á juicio del Poder Ejecutivo sean indispensables y que se introduzcan para el consumo de la clase pobre de las poblaciones que invadiere la langosta. Esta exencion empezará y terminará en cada localidad en las fechas que prudencialmente determine el Poder Ejecutivo.
