Art. 346. Las Aduanas pondrán sus decisiones eo conocimiento de los interesados el mismo dia que las dicten, llamándolos al efecto personalmente, o por edicto fijado en la puerta de la Administracion por setenta i dos horas en caso de no hallarlos.
