ARTICULO 45. DECLARATORIA DE INSUBSISTENCIA POR INFORME RESERVADO DE INTELIGENCIA. Cuando por informe reservado de inteligencia se considere que es inconveniente la permanencia en el servicio del funcionario de carrera por razones de seguridad nacional, previo concepto favorable de la Comisión de Personal, éste será declarado insubsistente. En este caso la providencia no se motivará.
