Se autoriza al Gobierno nacional, en cabeza del Ministerio de Salud y Protección Social y el Instituto Colombiano de Bienestar Familiar (ICBF) para que en un término de doce (12) meses articule los canales de atención de mujeres, niñas y adolescentes víctimas de violencia, a nivel nacional y territorial, para que reciban los casos o alertas de ablación o mutilación genital femenina, con el fin de garantizar la atención integral. Esta articulación de canales deberá realizarse en el marco de la coordinación interjurisdiccional.
