º Características de las áreas de las Zonas Francas Industriales de Bienes y de Servicios . Las áreas de las Zonas Francas Industriales de Bienes y de Servicios deberán tener las siguientes características

Un área disponible no inferior a 20 hectáreas.

Que el área tenga aptitud para estar dotada de elementos de infraestructura básica.

Que en el área no se estén realizando las actividades industriales o de servicios que el proyecto solicitado planea promover y que se trate de inversiones nuevas. CAPITULO II . Clases de Zonas Francas Industriales.
