Vencido, este término, se remitirá el expediente al Ministerio de la Economía Nacional para los efectos a que hubiere lugar; pero si la solicitud es por extensión por más de doscientas (200) hectáreas, antes de su remisión al Ministerio se ordenará levantar el plano a quien se refiere el artículo 55 del Código Fiscal por el Agrimensor titulado que indique el peticionario.
