Paralización o prohibición inmediata de trabajos y tareas. Sin perjuicio de lo establecido en este capítulo, los Inspectores de Trabajo y Seguridad Social podrán ordenar la paralización o prohibición inmediata de trabajos o tareas por inobservancia de la normativa sobre prevención de riesgos laborales, de concurrir riesgo grave e inminente para la seguridad o salud de los trabajadores, hasta tanto se supere la inobservancia de la normatividad, de conformidad con lo establecido en el artículo 11 de la Ley 1610 de 2013.
