Si estando en curso la Acción de Cumplimiento, la persona contra quien se hubiere dirigido la Acción desarrollaré la conducta requerida por la Ley o el Acto Administrativo, se dará por terminado el trámite de la acción dictando auto en el que se declarará tal circunstancia y se condenará en costas, sin perjuicio de lo dispuesto en el artículo 24 de esta Ley.
