Artículo décimo. El Departamento Nacional de Planeación condicionará su autorización a la inversión extranjera directa en actividades turísticas que originen regalías pagaderas a otras empresas existentes o por establecerse, concesionaria o filial del mismo inversionista, a la aprobación del contrato correspondiente por el Comité de Regalías.
