° Modificar el artículo 2° del Decreto 1272 del 21 de junio de 1994, en el sentido de que el encargado de las funciones del Despacho del Ministro de Comercio Exterior a partir del 24 de junio de 1994, será el doctor Juan Jasé Echavarría Soto, Viceministro de Comercio Exterior, mientras dura la ausencia del titular y no como allí aparece.
