Pruebas de oficio.- Además de las pruebas pedidas, el Juez podrá ordenar, a costa de una de las partes, o de ambas, según a quien o quienes aproveche, la práctica de todas aquellas que a su juicio sean indispensables para el completo escla5recimiento de los hechos controvertidos.
