Exhibición de los certificados . Los certificados de seguridad hacen parte de los documentos exigidos a las naves y deben ser presentados cuando la autoridad marítima los solicite. La carencia o el vencimiento de los certificados de segu ridad, implica para la nave o artefacto naval, la prohibición de navegar o de prestar los servicios a que se halle destinado. CAPITULO VII.
