Declárase esentos del servicio militar a los Jueces de circúito de los Estados i a los Majistrados de los Tribunales o Cortes de los mismos, en cuanto tales Jueces o Majistrados son empleados del órden federal segun el artículo 20 de la Constitucion.

Parágrafo

Así mismo se declara esentos del indicado servicio a los Secretarios de dichos Jueces, Tribunales o Cortes.
