Decreto 376 de 2021 · Por el cual se adiciona el Capítulo 5 al Título 3 de la Parte 2 del Libro 2 del Decreto 1833 de 2016, a efectos de implementar medidas para realizar el pago de las cotizaciones al Sistema General de Pensiones por los periodos correspondientes a abril y mayo de 2020, de los que fueron exonerados los empleadores y trabajadores independientes a través del Decreto Legislativo 558 de 2020 y en cumplimiento de lo ordenado en la Sentencia C-258 de 2020 de la Honorable Corte Constitucional.
