° El Director nacional de Obras públicas preparará los reglamentos convenientes á la buena marcha interna de las Secciones de su dependencia, y presentadlos proyectos que redacte al estudio del Ministro del Ramo. Aprobados por éste, el Director hará cumplir esos reglamentos.
