° La Comisión nombrada ceñirá sus labores a las instrucciones reglamentarias sobre trazado y construcción de caminos adoptadas últimamente por el Ministerio de Obras Públicas, bajo cuya inmediata dependencia trabajará, debiendo por tanto cumplir los reglamentos y órdenes que tenga a bien comunicarle dicho despacho.
