Art. 2° El contrato que se celebre á virtud de la presente autorización no necesita de posterior aprobación de la Asamblea departamental, ni estará sujeto á lo dispuesto en los Ordenanza número 25 de 1903, expedida por la misma Asamblea, la que se declara sin efecto. Comuníquese y publíquese.
