LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 10.Obligaciones de las instituciones de salud. Las instituciones de salud continuarán con la responsabilidad de presupuestar y pagar directamente las cesantías y pensiones de sus trabajadores, en los términos del artículo 242 de la Ley 100 de 1993, hasta cuando se suscriba el convenio de concurrencia que establecerá el mecanismo para la financiación del pasivo prestacional causado hasta el 31 de diciembre de 1993, sin perjuicio de que se deba continuar presupuestando y pagando lo causado a partir de dicha fecha con cargo en su integridad a la entidad empleadora.
