Art 46. El período de los Magistrados y Jueces de la República será el siguiente:

El de los Magistrados de la Corte Suprema, de cinco años, cuya fecha inicial será el 1.° de Mayo de 1905.

El de los Magistrados de los Tribunales Superiores, de cuatro años, cuya fecha inicial será el 1.® de Junio de 1905.

El de Jueces Superiores de Circuito y Ejecutores, de dos años, cuya fecha inicial será el 1.° de Julio de 1905.

El de los Jueces municipales, de un año, cuya fecha inicial será el 1.° de Agosto de 1905.
