Universidad Externado de Colombia.

Universidad Jorge Tadeo Lozano.

Universidad La Gran Colombia.

Pontificia Universidad Javeriana.

Universidad La Salle.

Universidad Santo Tomás.

Universidad Distrital "Francisco José de Caldas".

Universidad Libre de Colombia.

Universidad Piloto de Colombia. Estos fondos tendrán por objeto subsidiar a estudiantes universitarios de escasos recursos económicos, que sean admitidos por la respectiva universidad para la realización de estudios en carreras de nivel superior.
