Art. 1.° Trasládase del Departamento de Fomento, adscrito a la Secretaría de Hacienda, al de Obras públicas, que lo está a la Secretaría del Tesoro i Crédito nacional, la suma de $ 8,000, crédito adicional votado por la lei de 27 de junio de 1870, imputándolo al capítulo 1.° Edificios de la Nacion, artículo 3.° de la vijencia económica de 1869 a 1870.
